2. That I have transferred the entire right of ownership including all liabilities to Dr. Bernadette
O. Tan, of legal age, and a resident also of Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental;
3 .Further, I declare that the entire assets, liabilities and responsibilities will be at the own risk
of Dr. Bernadette O. Tan henceforth.
