Dear Parent/Carer,
There will be some changes to staffing in Foundation Stage over the next few weeks that I am keen to keep
you fully informed about.
Miss Hepworth has been asked to support a Year One class for the time being so extra staff will now be
working with the foundation stage children. Mrs Gee remains the leader of this part of the school and
Mr Houghton is one of our Deputy Headteachers with a wealth of experience in Early Years. There will
be two other teachers also working with these children, Mrs Hoult (who has been with your children
throughout this school year) and Miss Hayes who we will be employing as a supply teacher.
This team of teachers will continue to be supported by a particularly strong team of teaching assistants
Miss Exley, Mrs Richardson, Mrs Forshaw and Miss Shepherd and these will be further strengthened by
the addition of Mrs May. Mrs Krzyzewska will continue to work with foundation stage children
throughout the week.
