As a county, we have been asked to provide teams to play a warm up match before the Yorkshire Jets play their

first game of the season against Loughborough on 30 January at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield.

As the Year 8 Netball Team finished in 1 and 3 place in their area tournament, the team winners have been
selected to play in this inter-city tournament. This is a fantastic opportunity for the team and I am sure you will
agree, is not to be missed.
The warm up game starts at approximately 5.30pm, this would mean leaving Darton College at 4.30pm and
travelling via the school minibus to the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield. The game is due to finish at 7.00pm
which would mean arriving back at Darton for approximately 7.30pm. Learners will need to be collected upon
arrival back to the College, unless other arrangements have been made with parents.
If you would like your daughter to attend please complete the slip below and return to me asap.
