All girls grades Kindergarten-8th Grade WHEN: Tuesday & Thursday, October 1st/3rd WHERE: Dundee Crown High School-Multipurpose Room TIME: 5:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.
Please arrive at 4:30 P.M. to register

COST: $30 which includes a t-shirt* or $20-no t-shirt

*In order to guarantee your child a t-shirt at camp please return form by 9/20. We may have a few extras so sell at the camp, but NOT GUARANTEED!

PERFORM: Friday October 4th, Varsity football halftime!

If you are interested, please fill out the bottom portion of this flyer and return it to D-CHS or bring it to the camp on 10/1*. (One form per participant please!) If you bring your form and check to the Main Office or the Athletic Office, ask them to put it in Kiley Anconas mailbox.
