This article informs us that Janet Lim-Napoles has been accused of the 10 billion pesos
pork barrel scam by the use of nongovernment organization. And that claimed that she is not that
poor in her childhood days and that she inherited P2 million from her father Johnny Lim. But
upon interviewing of the people who knew Napoles since high school days said that it is not
likely to be true because her father was bankrupt when he died and had nothing to leave his
children.
