Pre-Study Material Transition Modeling & Costing

In this module, we will work through the modeling and cost drivers related
to an actual transition pursuit.
In breakout sessions, you will have a chance to identify the key cost
elements and also make recommendations related to cost cutting
opportunities.
Pre-Study packet contains the following file:
1. LSC Solutioning Exercise read the word file. It contains a
description of the breakout exercise and associated background
information.
2. Company ABC Materials:
a. Transition Plan summary document. This is a response
document that describes the transition. The opportunity has
both ITO and BPO. Our exercises will focus only in ITO.
Read this document first to get an idea of what the team is
proposing in the transition.
b. CODEc file. This is an extract from an actual cost model. The
file also has pivot tables that are constructed to allow additional
drill down/analysis.
i. You should be very familiar with the two DATA tabs
Staffing and Other Expenses.
ii. You should be familiar with what is in all the other tabs.
These are assets that will help you in your analysis.
