Dear Sir:

May we call to your attention your account of P1, 770.00, part of which dates back
four months?
We have refrained for writing you before as we have daily expected a remittance.
Our bills, as you doubtless know, should be paid promptly each month.
Will you give the settlement of the balance due your early consideration, please?
Thanks.

Very truly yours,

Russel D. Metran

Dear Sir:
We again remind you of your overdue account, which, although small, covers a
period of several months.
If correct, we should appreciate your remittance in settlement.

Very truly yours,

Russel D. Metran

Dear Sir:
You possibly have overlooked our letters calling attention to the past due conditions
of your account. We have been content to let you almost suit your own convenience in
paying your account but now ask that the matter receive immediate and favorable
consideration.
Give the account your early attention, please.

Yours sincerely,

Russel D. Metran

Dear Sir:
This is the FOURTH TIME we have written to you about the past due payments of
your account, and so far you have utterly ignored our letters. As every possible courtesy
has been extended to you, we are a loss to understand why you have not only permitted
your account to get in arrears, but even failed to reply to our several requests for payment
in accordance with the terms of your contract.
As a business man you surely realize that we cannot permit the present delinquent
condition of your account to continue; and unless we hear from you at once, we shall, with
reluctance, be compelled to take other steps for our protection.

Yours sincerely,
Russel D. Metran
