This letter serves as notice of our intention to commence the issue of legal proceedings against your Organisation, unless this amount is paid in full by return. Obviously, should these proceedings be instigated we will automatically include a claim for legal costs and further statutory interest. Whilst we have no wish to invoke such an unpleasant and costly course of action to recover this amount, your continued delay in settlement leaves us with little option. We would therefore, respectfully suggest that you address this matter immediately and ensure payment of both the original amount and late payment charges is received within the next seven days. Should payment not be received in this time, we will issue proceedings without further recourse to your company.
