QAs business apprenticeship helps young people support

organisations in a huge variety of roles. With a diploma of business
principles at its core, this apprenticeship can be a stepping stone
into finance, operations, marketing or customer service roles.
The programme is designed to develop an apprentice quickly into an efficient and
capable member of a support team. Modules are flexible and can be built around a
specific role, set of tasks or business need..
We teach and assess these skills to industry standards ensuring they are applied on the job:
IT
Customer service
Administration Complaints handling
After 12 14 months each apprentice will be a skilled young professional ready to take the
next step into a more senior or specialised role.
