Preface
This document is intended to assist you on the process of returning defective parts to Intel Depot.
Intended Audience

An email will be received from
SUPPORT.REPLIES@MAILBOX.INTEL.COM with subject:
RCI/AWB/Guide for SWR Return # 7xxxxxxxxx
eg. RCI/AWB/Guide for SWR Return # 7500000123.

Print out three (3) copies of the Return Commercial Invoice
(RCI) which is attached in the email.
The attachment file name is: RCI_RT# 7xxxxxxxxx.

Place your signature in all 3 copies.

Print out three (3) copies of FedEx Air Waybill (AWB) which is
attached in the email.
The attachment file name is: AWB_RT# 7xxxxxxxxx.

Prepare your faulty unit to be returned to Intel Depot refer
to the Return Instructions found in the auto-generated email
for more information.

Provide the courier with:
a. FedEx Account number
b. The package to be returned to Intel Depot
c. 2 copies of FedEx AWB
d. 2 copies of Return Commercial Invoice
e. Always keep 1 copy of the RCI and AWB for reference

Take note of the FedEx Account number. It is composed of
9 digits and starts with 3349xxxxx. Refer to the right hand
side of the FedEx AWB, 2nd row , look for
T/C: O; just below the Customs Value.

Track your package
Visit www.fedex.com/tracking and input the Air Waybill
number found at the lower right hand portion of the
FedEx AWB.
