Responsible for restructuring and building the Film Acquisitions, Filmmaker Relations and
Third Party departments. Arranged and conducted all first and second interviews, responsible
for hiring and firing to build both departments.

Grew the film library from 2,000 titles to 8,000 active titles with an additional 3,000 in the
pipeline for release within a year and a half.
