MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 091-2014

APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE OF SIX IN ONE
CORPORATION THRU ITS PRESIDENT MR. JEROME LEE ON THE PROPOSED POULTRY
LOCATED AT MAURARO, GUINOBATAN, ALBAY.

WHEREAS,
a Locational Clearance is a pre-requisite in the issuance of a Building
Permit to ensure its conformity with the Municipalitys Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning
Ordinance;
WHEREAS,
this august body was in receipt of request from Mr. Jerome Lee, the
President of Six in One Corporation, for the approval of a Locational Clearance in their favor for the
construction of a proposed poultry in Barangay Mauraro, which is well situated within the territorial
jurisdiction of this municipality;
WHEREAS,
upon due perusal of the documents submitted and upon much
deliberation, the said request is hereby found to be with merit as it will open new job and business
opportunities in the municipality;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay
in session assembled, to approve as it hereby approves the application for Locational Clearance of
Six in One Corporation thru its President Mr. Jerome Lee on their proposed poultry to be located at
Mauraro, Guinobatan, Albay.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Six in One
Corporation through its President, Mr. Jerome Lee, and such other concerned offices or agencies,
for their information and appropriate action.
APPROVED BY MAJORITY VOTE on motion of the Sponsoring Committee Chairman,
Honorable Councilor Frances John M. Oxales, and jointly seconded by Honorable Councilors
