Objective
Experience
To further my experience in the food service industry. By working at Grimaldis Pizzeria I hope
to learn more about classic New York style pizza.
Culinary
I have three years of high school culinary experience, including ACF certified Advanced
Culinary through Renaissance High school, Boise ID. I am currently studying at Oregon Coast
Culinary Institute as a culinary arts student. Received bronze in FCCLA competition for culinary
arts during my senior year of high school. Volunteer catering experience through OCCI,
Renaissance, and catering companies, including vending at BSU football games. Manager level
certification through ServSafe.
Wahooz Family Fun Zone
2012-2014
I worked at Wahooz for over two years, here I completed opening and closing duties and took
authoritative roles, such as shift scheduling and training new employees. Handled money and
gained experience with dealing with customers.
Ultra Touch Car Wash
2014
I worked at Ultra Touch for three months before moving to Oregon. There I dried cars as they
came out of the wash. I got experience working as a team in a stressful environment and in
extreme heat.
Education
High School
2010- 2014
Participated in FCCLA for three years, gaining various leadership experience such as
fundraising, public relations, membership, keeping records, and parliamentary procedure.
Competed in FCCLA for two years, making it to state and nationals.
Oregon Coast Culinary Institute
Current Culinary student at OCCI, graduating Fall 2015 with an associates degree.
Skills
Team player, works well under pressure, flexible schedule, strong communication skills, works
comfortably with kitchen appliances.
