eSP SHIFT TRADE


HOW TO CREATE A SHIFT TRADE

Sign in eSP

Select SCHEDULE TRADES

Select CANCEL on Trades I Need To Respond To

Select the icon ADD TRADE on the top tap bar

Once this is done, select TARGET AGENT and TARGET DATE. Press OK.

Once you see your trade on Trade Lines, press OK.

To check your trade select DATA on the top tap bar.

To select TRADE BY STATUS and AFFECTED DATES. Select OPEN

After open the date you selected, press OK.

* On Trade line, you can see your trade if they approve or declined.

HOW TO ACCEPT A SHIFT TRADE

Sign In eSP

Select SCHEDULE CHANGE

Select TRADES BY STATUS for affected dates. Open AFFECTED DATES


and press OK

On SCHEDULE TRADES select the trade with the name of the agent.

On the top bar select ACCEPT TRADE or DECLINE
