The District Parent Advisory Council is calling parents, grandparents, and community members to a meeting on January 26th to protest the unprecedented interference of the Bridgeport Board of Education in the governance of the PAC. At a January 12th meeting, the BOE voted to have its law firm investigate the PAC based on unproven claims by pro-charter school parents. The call to action urges the community to join in solidarity and tell the interim superintendent and BOE to stop interfering with the self-governance of the PAC.
