Introduction to Geometry
Investigate the properties and
relationships in geometry.
relationships between angles formed by
lines and transversals
identify relationships between angles of
triangles and polygons.
use of co-ordinate grids, calculators and
computer programs, students will develop
a conceptual understanding of polygons.

statistical data
introduced to some measures that can be used to
represent the spread of data
gather data and represent it in an appropriate way
evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of
different representations, and the ways that statistics
can be presented in a biased way to support a
particular view.
