Acceleration Department

The Acceleration Department at Oasis500 is responsible for accelerating the growth
of up to a 100 companies a year. The 100 companies will be divided into 3 batches.
Each batch will receive 100 days acceleration.

During the 100 days acceleration period, the acceleration department helps startups
formulate and implement strategy. The team guides the entrepreneurs who are
starting their own business by helping them define the scope of their companies,
and providing them with tools and contacts necessary to achieve meaningful
milestones with their business ventures. The 100 days acceleration program
cumulates with the startups pitching their ideas to the public at Demo Day, and to
investors at Investor Day.

Job Summery

The Intern Acceleration Officer will be responsible for supporting the Acceleration
Manager during the 100-day acceleration programs, and preparing and planning for
future programs. The Intern Acceleration Officer will provide the startup companies
with recommendations to grow their startups based on market research. He / She
will also be responsible for following up with the startup companies and insuring
that they are progressing with their acceleration plan.

Required Education

Bachelor of Business Administration with focus on Entrepreneurship, Technology
and Innovation, Project Management, Business Modeling, Marketing, business
strategy, or other business-related fields.
