This week will be focusing again on myths and

legends in reading. We will write inequalities
this week in math; it will become increasingly
difficult throughout the week. In science we will
continue learinging about simple machines; this
week is the ramp. In social studies we will
research the geography of Norhtern Africa and
Southeast Asia, as well as oil in the middle
east.

This Thursday we will be hosting Literacy Night.

Each grade level will have a couple of tables set

up with handouts for you to take home which
will disclose helpful tools to assist you in helping
your child at home. Reading is a struggle for
my students and I highly recoomend you attend
sometime between 6-7:30. For the kids we are
raffling off a bicycle .
Please make sure your child is bring their
completed homework back to school, I am
having ongoing trouble getting work returned
and this effects their average in a Big way.
