Ingredients

A little of salt
A little of cinnamon
1 cup of cocoa
1 Oil
2 cups of milk
2 teaspoons of white vinegar.
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
4 eggs (Separate the egg white and the yolk)

Preparation
1. In a big recipient sift the flour, the cocoa, bicarbonate and the
baking powder. Add 2 cups of sugar, a little salt and canella. Mix
all the liquid ingredients including the 4 eggs (only their yolks) be
careful not to clump the mix

2. Beat the egg whites and after that, add the remaining cup of
sugar.

3. Take the mixture into the oven in a buttered and floured pan with a
temperature of 180C (350 F) for 50 minutes .Remember that you
have to use a knife to check if the cake is ready by putting the
knife in the cake and taking it out without any trace of the mixture
over the knife. When ready, unmold the cake. The cake can be cut
in half and filled with pastry cream or chocolate cream or whatever
you. If you want a tastier cake you can make a mixture of Chantilly
cream or do a bain-marie of a chocolate bar.
