Pursuant to our order passed in the aforesaid Appeal on April 29, 2014, the

defaulters committee of the applicants was to pass afresh order within the time
stipulated therein.

By the present Miscellaneous Application applicants seek extension of time

till May 31, 2015 on ground that some of the members of the earlier defaulters

committee who had heard the matter had resigned before passing the order and the
new defaulters committee which is already constituted would be able to hear the
matter on merits and pass order only after they undergo orientation course.

In view of the matter, we deem it fit and proper to grant extension of time

as claimed. Accordingly, time to pass fresh order by the defaulters committee is

extended till May 31, 2015.

Miscellaneous Application is disposed of accordingly with no order as to

costs.
