AMANDA RUTA- (THE OWNER) Since she was a young girl Amanda played sports

and was always found cooking in the kitchen; this lead to her passion for fitness and
health. Taking her passion into consideration, Amanda pursued a degree in physical
education. Her goal, help promote a healthy and active lifestyle in others. After
graduating from Montclair State University, Amanda continued her education in
yoga. Yoga created a new way of life for her.
Amanda met Dr. S, a few years back. After many informed sessions with Dr.S
Amanda became very knowledgeable with the plant based diet. This has changed
her life drastically. Now Amanda incorporates her knowledge from Dr.S along with
her education in physical fitness to help people improve their lifestyle.

DR. S-(HEALTH ADVISOR) Dr S is a wellness Dr, who began her career in 1995. 10
years later she was diagnosed with MS and was paralyzed form the waste down.
Knowing this could not be her future Dr. S researched alternative ways to fix her
disease. After many months of researching she fell upon the Plant Base diet. Since
2005, she has incorporated this lifestyle into her every life. She is now walking over
6 miles a day 6 days a week. A truly inspirational asset to the team, she informs
her clients on a way to better themselves inside and out.
TAYLOR ACQUAIRE- (YOGA INSTRUCTOR) Taylor completed her yoga training in
2010. 5 years prior a friend brought Taylor to her first yoga class. Ever since that
day she has broaden her knowledge on this training and pushed herself to the next
level.
ALEXANDRA MANDARO- (YOGA INSTRUCTOR) Alexandra has experience in
many different areas of physical training. She has found a deeper love for yoga,
which pushed her to become a yoga instructor. She is a phenomenal assist to the
power within team.
