Triads and Inversions

(A triad is a chord containing three notes.


Those notes can be arranged in three dierent ways.
i.e. a C major triad is made up of the notes C, E and G.
Any arrangement of those three notes would be considered a C major triad.
Remember that there are twelve major triads and twelve minor triads,
all of which can be re-arranged or inverted.)

practice all six triads in all three positions with both hands, individually
