Wrong billing of WLL subscriber working under General plan in Tagarapuvalasa

Exchange area - reg.,

The monthly rentals of Tagarapuvalasa WLL subscribers in the Bhimilipatnam sub-division are being
wrongly billed since the date of Keenan FX software implementation from October 2010 month.
The Tagarapuvalasa exchange is under the Rate class rural < 1000 lines. The General plan customers
are required to be billed the monthly rentals of Rs 75/- but all the Tagarapuvalasa General plan
customers are being wrongly billed with either 110/- or 50/-.
