TENDER NOTICE
Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Secunderabad Division, South Central
Railway, Secunderabad on behalf of President of India invites sealed tenders for collection of
parking charges for Cycle/Scooter parking stand at Begumpet, Parli-Vaijanath, Chandanagar,
Hi-Tech City, Dornakal, Kesamudram and Nekkonda Railway stations on Secunderabad Division
for a period of three years.
Important Dates:
Last date of sale of application forms 17: 45 hrs of 30/04/2018
Date and time of closing of tender box At 15:00 hrs of 01 /05/2018
Date and time of opening of tender box At 15:30 hrs of 01/05/2018

In case the last date happens to be a Government Holiday, tenders will be opened on the
next working day.

publishing in all important newspapers. The charges of Rs.15,000/- may be debited to the
Head : 10-09-298/21. On publication of the Tender Notice, a copy of the press clipping may be
sent to this office for record.
2. SS/Gaz./SC, All concerned/SS and CNC/HTCY for information and to exhibit the Tender
Notice on the station notice board to give vide publicity.
3. Divisional Cashier/Pay/SC, CBSR/SC and HYB for information. They will please issue M.R.
on collection of cost of tender form as mentioned above.
4. SO (Finance), Sr. DFM/SC for information. He will please attend the tender hall on 01/05/18 at
15.30 hours for opening of tender box.
5. DSC/HYB for information. He will please make security arrangements at the Tender Hall on
01/05/2018.
6. COS/Sr. DEN/HYB -for information and to keep the Tender Hall open on 01/05/2018 from
10-00 hours onwards.
7. Sectional CCI’s concerned for information. They will please give vide publicity to the Tender
notification. A copy of tender notification should be displayed at a conspicuous place.

Divisional Railway Manager (C), Secunderabad Division, South Central Railway, Secunderabad for and on
behalf of President of India invites sealed tenders for licence for collection of parking charges for
Cycle/Scooter parking stand at Begumpet,Parli-Vaijanath, Chandanagar, Hi-Tech City, Dornakal
Kesamudram and Nekkonda Railway stations on Secunderabad Division for a period of three years from
interested parties on the prescribed form on the dates shown against each up to 15.00 hours on date of
opening of the tender.

The charges to be levied at ……………………… Railway station is given in the tender forms which shall
be strictly adhered to. Excess charging for any vehicle is not allowed and in case of any such reports, the
licensee shall be imposed with fine and on repetition of the offence, the license would be terminated and the
Security deposit shall be forfeited.
EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD): EMD as specified above should be submitted along with the
tender form through Demand draft/or Money Receipt drawn in favour of the Sr. Divisional Finance
Manager, Secunderabad Division, South Central Railway.
TENDER FORM: The tender documents can be obtained from the office of Sr. Divisional Commercial
Manager, Secunderabad Division on presentation of Money Receipt for an amount equal to the cost of tender
form, issued by Chief Booking Supervisor, South Central Railway, Secunderabad/Hyderabad. The
application can also be downloaded from web-site at www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in , wherein an amount of
tender fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Sr. Divisional Finance
Manager/Secunderabad Division, S. C. Rly for the downloaded form along with the submission of tender
form otherwise the application will not be considered.
In case the tender form has to be sent by post an additional amount of Rs 500/- (Rupees five hundred
only) towards the postal charges are to be sent along with the cost of the tender application.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER FORM: The tender box will be sealed at 15.00 Hrs 01.05.2018 and no
tenders will be accepted after sealing of the tender box. The tender should be sealed & super scribed as
“Tender for award of contract for vehicle parking stand
at___________________________________________ ”.

Tender forms can be sent either by Registered post acknowledgment due or can be dropped in sealed
tender box kept in the Tender hall, Hyderabad Division Compound, Secunderabad, along with the EMD
demand draft. For dropping the sealed tender in person, applicant should obtain a tender hall pass from the
office of the undersigned on the tender opening day. The tenders sent by registered post should reach this
office before 14.00 hours of 01.05.2018 and the Railway administration is not responsible for any postal
delays.
Sealed tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives at
15.30 hours of 01.05.2018. In case the last date happens to be a Government Holiday, tenders will be
opened on the next working day.

The prospective Tenderers are advised to visit website www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in for other details of
the work, Terms & conditions and also visit the web site before one week to the date of opening the tender
for any changes/corrigendum if any to the tender.

Prescribed tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, I
Floor, Sanchalan Bhavan, Secunderabad from 29.03.2018 on all working days from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs on
payment of the cost of tender form (non-refundable) on production of cash receipt or demand draft/pay order
issued in favour of Chief Cashier, South Central Railway, Secunderabad. Postal orders and cheques will not
be accepted. The tender document is also displayed on our website at www.scr.indianrailway.gov.in. The
tender documents can also be downloaded from website, and can be submitted along with a separate
Demand Draft towards the cost of the Tender form as mentioned in the tender notice. Tenderer, who wants
to be present at the time of opening of tenders, he/she may do so with proper identification.
Due to any reasons if the date of opening is declared as holiday, the tenders will be opened on
next working day at the same time and place, Railway reserves the right to accept the work in full or in
part or reject the tender in full or part without assigning any reason.
PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILL CORRECT TENDER FORM WHILE
PARTICIPATING IN THE TENDER.
