It is provided that for purpose of the fees of the

jeepneys as provided in Nos. 2 and 3 of Subsection 8, the
basis for the fees should be the approved LTFRB routes
of the said jeeps as appearing in their registration and
other pertinent papers and not the routes as appearing
to their signboards.

For the purpose as stated in the preceding paragraph, all

operators of the Public Utility Jeep-neys (PUJs) are required
to submit a copy of their approved LTFRB routes to
the Premiumed Bus Terminal Incharge and to the
City Treasurer’s Office.

“SECTION 5 – Porterage, Cargo Handling and Dispatching – subject to

the provisions of SP Ordinance No. 720-89, the porterage services, cargo
handling and dispatching activities shall be provided by a cooperative or
any group, duly registered with the concerned agencies, after being
granted a franchise by the Sangguniang Panlungsod.”

2131-97 Regulating the use of all Public utilities within the premise of the City’s
Public Market, Bus and Jeepney Terminal.

Sec.1 – the amount of P .50 shall be collected from were of Public Toilet
Sec.2 – the amount of P20.00 shall be collected for the overnight use of
lots and folding beds.

SECTION 2. RENTAL FEES. There is hereby provided

a rate of rental fees for the following:

2.1.3 Booth [BT] - P 3,000.00/mo./booth

2.2 Lessee-Built Stalls:

2.2.1 4m x 4m stall - P 990.00/mo./stall
2.2.2 5m x 2.5m stall - P 660.00/mo./stall

2.3 Comfort Room:

2.3.1 Urination - P 1.00/person
2.3.2 Bath/Shower - P 4.00/person
2.4 All Other Spaces Stalls - P 3.00/m/day

SECTION 3. RATE HIKE. The rates provided for

herein shall be increased by 10% every three (3)
years hereafter without the need of an amendatory
measure.

Res. 088- Temporarily authorizing the operations and chives to use the vacant bays
2003 previously occupied by LCI Bus Company at Bus Terminal.
