ORDER

ln supersession of all previous orders regarding rate of Hiring & Chartering of CSTC buses, revised
rates as follows are hereby notified. This will take effect on and from 01.08.2014 and remain in force
until further order.

Leyland AC. 20,000/-

Up to 100 KM / 6 hrs. A.C. : 11,700/- Non-A.C. : 5,200/-

Rate for additional engagement A.C. : 1,500/- Non-A.C. : 900/-
Per hour.

Conditionalities

(a) No Night Halt will be allowed.

(b) After midnight scheduled rate will be doubled.

Security Deposit

ln addition to above charge, an advance Refundable Security Deposit @ Rs. 5000/- for A.C. Buses and
3,000/- for Non-AC. buses will be deposited by the party subject to its refund with adjustment against
damage and detention of the vehicle caused, if any, after completion of the journey. The prayer for
refund should be completed within 15 (fifteen) days of completion of journey.

CONCESSIONS

A.
I. Chairman is empowered to allow up to 50% concession to the students.
II. Managing Director is empowered to allow up to 25% concession to the students.

B. Director of Operations is empowered to allow 25% concession to the employees of this

Corporation on the following grounds :-

(i) Marriage of own.

(ii) Marriage of his/her son/daughter.

(iii) Marriage of his/her full sister.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

In case of cancellation of Booking Cancellation Charges of Rs. 1000/- for AC. buses and Rs. 500/- for
on-A.C. buses up to the next date prior to hiring date (during office hours only) will be realised. No
refund will be allowed within 12 hours of commencement of chartering/journey.

WORKING GUIDELINES

All applications tor hiring/chartering of the bus shall made in a prescribed application from to be had
from the Cash Office at C.T.O on payment of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten) only and such application would be
machine numbered. On completion of the journey the concerned depot authorities will send the
movement chart to the Director of Operations for issuance of order for refund of Security Deposit
based on which deposit either in whole or part as may be ordered would be refunded by the Director
of Operations.

Rates of Trip Chartering

Rates for chartered services will come into this fold as under:-

Trip chartering Rate for Non-A.C, Bus.

+5 to 10 k.m. Rs. 21.00
Total rate to be fixed @ 50 heads per bus/trip
+10 to 15 k.m. Rs. 22.00 irrespective of number of heads standing will

+20 to 25 k.m. Rs. 29.00

+25 to 30 k.m. Rs. 32.00

Trip chartering Rate for A.C. Bus

0 to. 15 k.m. Rs. 56.00

+15 to 20 k.m. Rs. 68.00 Total rate to be fixed @ 32 heads per bus/trip
