Lesson 1: Introduction to SalesLogix

16 Exercise 1.1: The Log on screen for all SalesLogix applications in SP2 has a new design.

20 The SalesLogix Workspace: The new interface no longer shows the lozenge in the upper left,
and the Main views use a new font.

Lesson 5: Sales Orders

In Service Pack 2, a new main view exists for sales orders. All lessons from 5-15 in the previous versions of
the Web End User curriculum are now incremented by one chapter number (16-16) to make room for the new
Lesson 5 insertion.

Lesson 12: Calendar and Activities

Page(s) Description

205 New interface for the Activity Reminder allows you to dismiss, snooze, delete, reschedule,
complete multiple activities in a single step. You can also confirm or decline activity
confirmations.
