Repair Activities carried out in Pyro-floor

clinker cooler
A- Longitudinal sealing:
Procedures:
1- Unfix four screws union of the covers

(above seal)

2- Unfix five top covers

3- Remove Aramid packing cord seal (old longitudinal seal)

4- Insert the aramid packing cord seal and tighten it in place by

blows
5-Installation the top covers and screws

B- Replacing the top covers end (2 pieces):

Procedures:
1-- Unfix four screws on top cover end
2- Replace cover end (2 pieces)

3- Installation the top covers end and screws

C-Pyro crusher:
Replacing the wear protection plate in pyro crusher

Procedure:
1- Unfix three bolts from wear guard
2-remove the wear guard

3-unfixthree bolts from wear protection plate

4- Remove wear protection plate (old piece)

5- Installing new wear protection plate and wear guard and tighten
of the bolts
