Response

Business Rules:
General:
A new Record can be added by using the Add New Feedback
Response Button. A new Empty record will be added.
User Enters the Response Code, Description and Text.

User can delete a feedback response using the Delete Icon.

Cancel will reset the details entered after a prompt.
Save will commit all the changes after validation.

Validations:
All fields are mandatory.
User Inputs can contain Special Characters except (Single Quotes).
Duplicate Feedback responses will be restricted.
