PERFORMANCE CONVERSATION – FIRST TIME

All employees can add a performance conversation in the Webdesktop system. Each employee sees only their own
conversation, while supervisors see the ones that were referred to them. The Personnel Office has full access to the
performance conversations.
Note! It is important to save the form from time to time! Webdesktop lacks an auto-save function such as Google
has. When navigating between windows, the session will time out and the information will be lost. Nor is it sufficient
just to save the rows in the table. The entire conversation must be saved using the green button marked “Save” at
the top or bottom.

Once a conversation is saved, it is advisable to add it to the landing/front page of the Webdesktop using the little
star marked in red on the row of buttons next to the document heading. That makes it easier to find and continue
filling in at a later time.

EMPLOYEE SECTION:

1. Add new / Staff documents / Performance conversation / Performance conversation 2021

We ask that you fill in fields 1, 2 and 3, which are marked in red. Also fill in the sections that open up when
you click on the buttons marked with a red arrow.

the section 2. Satisfaction with work, ratings must be given on a scale of 1-10 and comments added.

completion (kinnitamiseks) to the direct supervisor.
Example: The supervisor fills in the section in all three sections, marked respectively Supervisor’s rating or
To be completed by supervisor (marked on the previous figure with red boxes) and directs the conversation
form back to the employee with the role for confirmation (kinnitamiseks).

SUPERVISOR SECTION:
