GOAL SETTING & Q1 – GEOGRAPHY


EMPLOYEE SCREEN
1. Login Screen - Employee

Add your objectives, key result & measures (OKR) in the screen
Advisable to have discussions with your L1 manager to avoid repeated entries/ resend cases
You can add up to 10 OKR’s for the entire financial year
Also add the development needs for the year

*Kindly note to enter more than 20 characters excluding spaces & special characters for the
system to not generate an error. This is important since it will create bugs in the user system
rendering his PMS unusable*

4. Performance Tab – OKR Data saved successfully (Saved as draft)

You can save your draft OKR’s before submitting to managers to make changes later on
before submitting
5. Performance Tab – OKR data submitted to manager

You can submit your OKR’s to manager for approval and remarks on development needs.

7.1. Scenario 1 – Manager Resend

Manager can resend the OKR form of the employee if he/she feels OKR needs to be changed
Employee will receive the above reason for resend and has to edit and submit to manager
again
7.2. Scenario 2 – Manager’s Approval

Manager can approve the OKR form of the employee if he/she feels OKR are well aligned
Employee can view manager remark when he opens his PMS form

8. Performance Tab – Q1 Feedback after Planning approval from manager

Once OKR is approved by the manager employee screen will move from their
respective stage such as planning to Q1 feedback.
Q1 feedback will be opened automatically only after an employee completes their OKR’s and
same is approved from manager
Manager needs to fill quarterly rating to be captured with quarterly feedback in the
system.

Employee and L1 manager need to have mandatory One-To-One feedback session


Employee need to capture his Q1 feedback in the system as per discussions with manager
Employee needs to tick on “I confirm one to one feedback has been completed” before
submitting to manager for his feedback
Employee may save the feedback entered by clicking “save as draft” before submitting to
manager for later editing.

Employee can login to his performance tab to see the feedback of L1

Post having One to One discussion with his reportee, L1 manager needs to fill his Q1
specific feedback for the F.Y 2021-22
Also, L1 needs to give Q1 specific rating to the employee
L1 manager needs to tick on “I confirm one to one feedback has been completed”
before submitting his feedback and rating in the system.
New feature added in Manager team view– Now Managers can view their employees quarter rating
also before giving the final Q4 rating in the system

Path for managers – ESS <<Performance << Team PMS View << Print (Click on specific employee print
option, PDF form will be opened with all the ratings that have been captured for him in the last
quarters)

To view a specific employee


quarter rating click on Print
button to generate their
PMS form.
