What’s PM v12?

• Redesigned Performance Management form templates are available in the new


Revolution UI (V12 only).
• Where PM v11 was built to support all processes with a best practice point of view, PM
v12 is deliberately designed to optimize the user experience of the MANAGER.
• We have optimized the process for common manager scenarios. This includes, stack
ranking during the review, reading other’s feedback, understanding their
upgrades/downgrades in ratings against the employee’s self rating.
• Higher value reviews (by presenting more contextual information/data on the form)…
making key/contextual data readily available (on screen or one click away) may make
the difference between a manager who is too lazy to go get it.
• Reduces time to complete a review and provide proper supporting materials to write
better reviews
• Promotes a leading practice for the manager
• Auto-Save is now available!

Team Overview Page - Description

• Team Overview Page is a new overview page designed for managers to


help better manage their team’s performance review process, provide
guidance on what they need to do and when, and surface team
analytics important to the process.
• This new view is aimed to address problems for managers often
associated with the manager persona in the performance review
process.
• This feature will solve for lack of understanding of the PM process, the
“what to do next” problem, process completion, and promote a leading
practice of continual calibration

Ask for Feedback

• Ask for Feedback is a low friction and integrated approach to


solicit feedback from users via email (they can comment, they
cannot rate)
• Lowers the friction in requesting and responding to feedback on
the employee.
• A multi-perspective set of feedback allows managers to provide a
more balanced review that considers other people’s POVs.
• Assists in problem of writing employee assessments with
inadequate/limited POVs and providing a means to have solicited
feedback readily available for writing the assessment

• Note: legacy Get Feedback feature is not supported in PM v12
