Target Setting – Employee

Target Setting involves a joint agreement on the results and behavior expectations linked to the success of the
team and organization. Targets can be set for just the fiscal year or carry over from the previous year.

3. In the Individual Goals section, select Edit, then Add

4. Create Goal
All fields marked with * are mandatory.

1. Add the Goal text (description)

2. The Comment section is for documentation throughout


the year. This does not need to be updated for Target
Setting.

3. Select one Category – Results or Behaviors

4. Select Status (optional)

5. Enter Due Date (optional)

6. Select Submit

4. Add more goals

1. Once your first goal is submitted, you will be taken back


to the Individual Goals page and you will see the goal
you just created, categorized by the status you selected.

2. Continue to add goals, by selecting Edit, then Add

3. Repeat steps for all goals
