Introduction:

BEHAVIORAL RECORDING PLAN

I.

Identifying the Target Behavior


The target behavior is not attending to class. The subject to be observed is Jeselie
Alvarez, a 9th grader. The goal is to lessen the subjects absence in her classes.

II.

Logistics of Recording
Observer: Mary Joyce Guansing, Monica Penalba, Indirect Monitoring
Observation Period:
Setting: This will be done in natural setting specifically the school of the subject

III.

Recording Method
The recording method to be used is product recording. Observers will ask the permission
of the subject teachers to see the attendance record of the subject. The researchers will
analyze the attendance record of the subject and from then, they will try to identify the
key factors affecting the subjects behavior.

b. Data Recording Sheet- The sheet is attached to the paper where the recording of all
late is counted per week.

The researchers will identify reasons of the subjects frequent absence in the class.
The researchers will show the subject the opportunity cost of not going to school.
The researchers will advise the subject regarding her absences.
The researches will encourage the subject to come to class consistently.
