weather changes, there are so many trees without leaves. It is due to the
autumn has gone. Now, it is winter.
What does nature teach me?
Everything is not forever. Everything changes as the seasons change
too. God is the only perfect one. God creates everything perfectly. This is
my thought about what nature teaches me.

Sunday February 1st, 2015

I am looking outside the window now. The first thing that comes to my
mind is my family in my beautiful town Las Lajas. It is a place that I miss
so much. There, I can enjoy of a beautiful landscape with many birds on
different trees. The beach is a place near my home in my town where I
can enjoy about nature too. There are so many crabs, birds, seagulls and

other birds. There is near a river too. Wao! I want to be there. In the back
part of the yard of my house I can see the dogs playing and my parrots
on the small trees. But I suddenly start saying to myself: Is that a
dream? I am not in Panama. I am in Midway College. I am looking so
many squirrels on the grass and on the trees jumping from one branch
to another and eating fruits. I can say I love Midway too. Both places
are beautiful. The differences are the weather, the trees without leaves
and the color of the grass due to the season winter. Different or similar

places? Different weather and seasons. I feel in a calm, peaceful and

silent place. The first place is in Las Lajas, Panama and the second place
is in Midway College, USA. There are many squirrels in the yard in
Midway College. They are here because there are many trees in which
they can live. Many other squirrels are their neighbors. All in nature
comes from our Lord God. Squirrels and all animals in nature dont care
about anything. They dont worry about their food but we as human
being are always worried about every day for our food, clothing and

other things. Let worry just for the present day not for the next day
because God will provide us the necessary things to live. There are many
places around the world but only two places are beautiful. They are Las
Lajas and Midway. Both places have many things in common and
differences too. The reason I love both places is due to the landscape.
There is no another Las Lajas in any part of the world as there is no any
place as is in Midway. To summarize both places are in my heart
because they are beautiful, lovely, peaceful and unforgettable.

Monday February 2nd, 2015

It is a cold and windy day now. Its also cloudy outside. The day looks like
a gray day because the trees and the darkness of a cloudy day.
Everything is in calm and silent. There are no squirrels on the trees or on
the grass. I thought comes to my mind Nature also changes as we
change too. Yesterday was a different day from today and today is a

different day from tomorrow and tomorrow will be a different day from
another day. No one day is similar to another day. The same also
happens to us as human being because we may feel happy today and
sad tomorrow.

It is a sunny and windy day today. I can feel the breeze. I can also see
that there are many branches of the trees moving and moving and
moving around. May be they are dancing because they are happy. I can
hear the noise of a windy day. I am looking around me and all the trees
are moving their branches. Oh! They may want to touch my hands and
say hello Naika. We are some trees which are happy and we are dancing.
Do you want to dance with me? A tree said. I say Yes! I was hearing your
voices and I can smell the perfume of the trees. Now, lets dance all

together the trees and me. Lets invite more trees and more people to

Thursday February 5th, 2015

Walking outside the class and trying to get something from the nature
with me inside the class was not easy. First, I took a walk on the sidewalk
and I took one leaf, then I continue walking and looking around me. I
wanted to get a big tree to the class but it is impossible so I got the
second leaf. I continue walking and looking around me and I saw two

beautiful squirrels on the grass. I wanted to get them with me and bring
them to the class. I run and try to see them so near as possible but one
of them went to another tree and the other one stay on the tree behind
me looking at me. May be it wants to tell me Dont try to get me to your
class please This is my place; the place I live is here outside on, under
and in the trees. Then I hear the other squirrel telling me Naika walk
and try to get another thing from nature. I said to the squirrel ok. I
walked and got one more leaf, the third leaf. I looked at the leaves for

some seconds and they teach me all the things on nature changes due
to seasons. There is also one message Everything is not eternal, people
and things in the nature born, grow up continue growing and die. So, it is
better to enjoy the day today because tomorrow will be a different day
and God is the only one who knows what will happened.

What can you do to spend the million dollars?
My Dream
If I have a million dollars to spend and I got a piece of land near the
river. I would do many things. First, I will build an elementary school and

a high school because kids and teenagers are the future of this country.
So, I think in Education. Then, I will build a church between the
elementary school and the high school. In this way, kids and teenagers
can go to the mass during the religion class as God is the most
important in our lives. Later, I think to build a park near the elementary
school and high school so kids and teenagers can enjoy playing during
the breaks and also in the afternoons. There, I will also build a hospital. I
will plant a lot of trees and flowers to breathe pure air and enjoy nature.

The last thing is to build many houses for poor people who dont have
