    Qualifications

    Must be between the ages of


    16-23.

    Must live in one of the following St. Louis City Neighborhoods: Baden, Penrose, Ofallon, Mark Twain, Walnut Park
    East, Walnut Park West,
    Dutchtown, Gravois Park,
    Tower Grove East, or BevoMill.

    Must provide the following


    documents: Birth Certificate
    or Social Security Card AND a
    picture ID AND a piece of mail
    to verify your address.
    Additionallyyou will be
    asked to bring in family income documentation.
