    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

    I am writing this letter to strongly recommend Muhammad Shakar for Interim Placement
    of Fresh PhDs Program (IPFP). I know Muhammad Shakar because he took major course of
    crop physiology from me and I am also member of supervisory committee in his Ph.D research
    project.
    Muhammad Shakar took course from me and earned A grade in that class and also
    earned A grade in his independent research project of M.Sc(Hons.). Based on Muhammad's
    grades, attendance and class participation and research potential I'd rate Muhammad's academic
    performance in my class as superior.
    In my opinion, Muhammad has an array of strengthes particularly his ability to draw on
    his own experiences and obsevations to develop thouht provoking conclusions on variety of
    issues is remarkable compared with other students. He is very deligent, responsible and creative
    thinker and can solve various problems with an eye for details and devotion to logic. Feel free to
