Robin Padilla convicted January 20, 1993

Judge David Rosete rendered judgment dated April 25, 1994 convicting petitioner of the crime
charged and sentenced him to an "indeterminate penalty from 17 years, 4 months and 1 day
of reclusion temporal as minimum, to 21 years of reclusion Perpetua, as maximum He was
convicted of illegal possession of firearms and spent time in jail.
He was correspondingly charged onDecember 3, 1992, before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of
Angeles City with illegal possession of firearms and ammunitions under P.D. 1866
He was pardoned and released ion April 8, 1998 President Ramos granted Padilla
conditional pardon and let him out of prison on parole.

Former President Estrada April 4, 2001; one for plunder and the other for perjury
On October 26, 2007,Arroyo granted a pardon to Joseph Estrada President Gloria MacapagalArroyo granted executive clemency to Joseph Estrada

On December 22, 1992, Judge Job B. Madayag, Makati City Regional Trial Court, Branch 145,
convicted Teehankee, Jr.[

The Supreme Court of the Philippines on October 6, 1995, modified the trial court's decision and
found Claudio Teehankee, Jr.. guilty of the crimes of murder, homicide and attempted murder,
October 15, 2008, released Teehankee's granted executive clemency, commutation of
sentence and release from detention.

Former Congressman Romeo Jalosjosconvicted of rape


On Dec. 22, 2007. He was arrested the following morning and taken to the San Ramon Prison
and Penal Farm Colony.
Former Zamboanga Del Norte Representative Romeo Jalosjos was accused of raping an 11year-old girl in 1996.
He was arrested on January 17, 1997 in Bagac, Bataan and was detained at the Makati City
Jail.
Jalosjos' sentence of reclusion Perpetua for each count of statutory rape and an indeterminate
penalty of reclusion temporal (from a minimum of 12 years and 1 day to a maximum of 15 years,
6 months and 20 days)
President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo granted an absolute pardon to jalosjos and released on Dec.
16, 2007.
On May 26, 1998, petitioner Daniel Fajardo was convicted by the Regional Trial Court of Iloilo,
Branch 33, in Criminal Case No. 14196 of violating B.P. Blg. 22 and sentenced to suffer eight
months imprisonment.
Absolute Pardon, dated August 22, 1997 had been granted by President Fidel V. Ramos to
petitioner
