The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office Vil hereby endorses the
communication from Dr. Rhodora Masilang-Bucoy, Coordinator, Sidlak GRC-7 and Ms. Marie
Bongato, Executive Director, Cebu City Women and Family Affairs Commission (CCWFAC),
regarding the conduct of seminar on “Engendering the Counseling Perspective” on March
30-31, 2015 at SRP Building, SRP Road alongside Lantaw Restaurant from 8:00 a.m.-5:00
p.m. Kaoshung Bus will be provided to shuttle the participants from Cebu City Hall to the
seminar venue at 7:30 in the morning,
The activity aimed to redesign social and cultural patterns to minimize if not eliminate
prejudices and all other practices through engendered counseling perspective and to revisit the
‘counselors’ role in response to legislations on gender concems. Attached is a copy of the
program for reference,
Attendance to the seminar workshop is free of charge for a maximum of 70 participants

Dear Dir. Bernal:
In keeping with the 2015 National Women’s Month Celebration, the Sidlak GRC Region 7 in
collaboration with the Cebu City Women and Family Affairs Commission will conduct a seminar on
“Engendering the Counseling Perspective” on 30-31 March 2025 at SRP Building, SRP Road alongside
‘SRP Lantaw Restaurant from 8:00a.m.-5:00p/fn. Please see attached road sketch for directions. A
Kaoshung Bus will be provided to shuttle the participants from Cebu City Hall to the seminar venue
at 7:30 in the morning.
The seminar workshop is intended for counseling practitioners and homeroom advisers as catalysts
