INCOMING STORAGE AREA

Mechanism cabinets are not

properly stored in incoming
storage area. Its not covered
and arranged properly. Its one
of the root causes for
scratches on the surface of
mechanism cabinets.

INCOMING STORAGE AREA

Painting not done properly at

supplier end

FK ASSEMBLY AREA STORAGE

RACK

Mechanism cabinets not

properly stored in FK cabinet
storage rack. Due to this
scratches occurs on
mechanisms top door while
taking out for the assembly.

FK KANBAN AREA

In Fk Shop floor , 2
mechanisms are kept on single
pallet were the drive shaft of
both the mechanism comes
into contact with the surface of
cabinet of each mechanism
and makes scratches as shown
in the image.

Dismantling Area

As per our observations , the mechanism cabinets are not

getting scratches while dismantling or assembling the
mechanism. It has already got affected in incoming storage
area and FK shopfloor.

Mean while we are wrapping the mechanism shaft during

dismantling by means of polythene bubble cover to avoid
the handling scratches .
