With reference to the subject cited above, the Principals of Polytechnics
(Govt./Aided/Private/Engineering Colleges running Polytechnics in 2nd Shift) are informed to
upload the attendance particulars of Diploma students (1st year, 4th Sem & 6th Sem) for every
fortnight before 20th for 1st fortnight and before 5th of next month for the 2nd fortnight.
The URL for posting the attendance and login credentials are placed in the HOD login of
Polylogin portal. Use the Browser IE for accessing the web application. If there is any problem
in the menu items even with the browser IE, select toolsCompatibility View.
The students who appeared for the Diploma Examination (Whole Examination) are
uploaded to the database and the data of readmitted candidates may be uploaded by adding the
record <Add Student> and delete the student details if not available <delete/Transfer Student>
and if any candidate is transferred to the Polytechnic, the student details can be transferred by a
click on the option Delete/Transfer Student. If the error already existing appears which
appending new record, pl click on readmission -> enter the PIN and select the semester and click
on submit button. For any problems in uploading the data pl. send the mail to
admin.sbtet@gmail.com along with mobile number or call the SBTET helpdesk on any of the
