Test regular room temperature heart rate for 60 seconds for each person.
Take a minute break and repeat step 2.
Place your hands in a bowl of snow for a minute.
Wait 15 seconds for your body to recognize you are cold, and then test your
heart rate for 60 seconds.
6. Take a minute break and repeat step 4 & 5.
