Suggestions for Improvement:

Grayson needs to work on his differentiation for


assessment. He has developed a good social
rapport with the students. Grayson has
demonstrated differentiation in instruction.

Grayson has pulled resources to aid a lesson in a


few of the content areas which has allowed him
to add technology into his instruction. Grayson
has been part of a few modifications for individual
students learning environment. Including blue
overlays for reading, oral tests, and reduction in
assignments.

Suggestions for Improvement:

Grayson has been approachable for the students


and myself. When I need to contact him, he is
prompt with his response time. He has remained
professional in his disposition.
Grayson needs to improve on his lesson
planning. I suggested breaking down times with
the lesson to keep him on pace. He also needs to
add a little more movement in his lessons.

become an effective student teacher?

Yes

General Comments:

Grayson will one day be a good teacher due to


his passion for the learning process. He does
very well with class discussions and is a good
listener. He has taken criticism in a mature
manner and explained his plan of action for
improvements.
