Starters:

one of the following options

1. tiger prawns and feta in tomato & fresh herb sauce (optional chilli);
2. grilled halloumi with roast vegetables and mixed marinated olives (optional
chilli);
3. chorizo and mozzarella with roast tomatoes & fresh herbs (optional chilli).
...all served with sun-dried tomato flat bread

Main Course:

one of the following options

1. sirloin steak with grilled vine tomatoes in mushroom, brandy & red wine sauce,
served with crushed potatoes;
2. salmon fillet with roast vegetables in lemon, garlic & parsley sauce, served with
crushed potatoes;
3. marinated chicken fillet with spinach and ricotta tortelloni in tomato,
mozzarella & grana padano sauce.
Dessert: one of the following options
1. banana and Baileys trifle with vanilla-custard toffee sauce and chocolate
shavings;
2. mixed berries with white chocolate, fresh cream and Madagascan vanilla sauce;
3. American-style pancakes and clotted cream ice-cream and forest fruit coulis
or maple syrup.
