UML Notes

The UML diagram for Health First is pictured on the final page of this document.
The UML is the result of a collaborative effort of Group A1- Eric Saff, Kimberly Roberts,
and Brian Kohls. Each of the entities are denoted by a class diagram, and the Primary
Key and Foreign Keys are labeled <<PK>> and <<FK>> respectively. The cardinalities
for the relationships between entities are depicted on either side of the relationship line.
For instance, the one RECORD entity references many SERVICES (1..*), but one SERVICE
references one RECORD (see diagram). The group recognizes that a true Electronic
Medical Record could contain many more entities; however, we attempted to choose
enough to represent the assignment requirements without getting too far into the weeds.
