TEST-solutions

1. To select a range of cells, move mouse pointer to first cell in range then
click and drag across them, dragging up, down, left, right, or a
combination of these directions to select the desired range of cells.
Release the mouse when the desired block of cells (two or more) is
highlighted.

the named ranges from list of ranges, and also to name new range.
3. Lotus 1-2-3 and OpenOffice.org Calc.
4. We can repair broken links if we open the workbook that contains the links
and choose Edit, Links. Click the Change Source button, and choose the
appropriate file from the Change Links dialog box..
5. A function in Excel is a built-in formula that performs a mathematical
operation or returns information specified by the formula. A formula starts
with = sign and can contain functions. For example =SUM(A1:A5) is
formula that contain function SUM.
6. The % (percent sign) symbol is added to the end of the number format if
we want Excel to actually transform the value into a percentage
(multiplying it by 100 and adding a percent sign).
7. Clicking three times with the right mouse button in the spreadsheet.
8. To select entire row or a column we have to click on a row number or
column letter.
9. Ctrl key.
10. The sign $ put in front of the column or line line part of a cell address will
freeze that part of the address. For the $B38 cell address, it's the B
column that will remain the same.
