I, Jaclyn Byles have known Emily Reisenleiter in a professional capacity for 4 and a half
years. Throughout this time I have had the opportunity to supervise Emily and witness
her grow within her place of employment.
Emily is a natural leader. With this, she is constantly taking the initiative to complete
tasks that are outside of her regular job duties and consistently performs at an
exceptional level. She is highly motivated, organized and confident in her work
performance.
Emily is reliable in her attendance. She is always on time or early for her scheduled shift
and will often times stay late or cover vacancies with little notice.
Emily has the ability to work within a team and will accept and apply constructive
criticism as well as provide feedback to her co-workers. She also has the ability to work
independently with very little supervision.
Emily is always professional both in her appearance at work and in her communication
with co-workers, supervisors, management and other professionals.
Overall, Emily would be an asset to any program, or place of employment as she strives
for perfection and is motivated enough to achieve it. Emily takes advantage of any
