Dear Hiring Manager:
Please review the attached resume and other various pages for information regarding my
education and skills. I believe that my combination of administrative skills, accounting skills,
medical background, and business sensibilities would serve any medical institution.
I will receive my Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration in May of 2015 and I also have
an Associates Degree in Accounting.
I have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office, in my previous position I
was the main data entry person entering medical health record information into a
Medicare/Medicaid program, along with entering payroll information for each clinician/patient
visit. As a member of the Air National Guard Crisis Action Team (C.A.T) during Operation
Enduring Freedom, I was required to arrange travel in and out of the country for service members
and put together reports for senior military officials at the Pentagon. I am also confident in my
ability to make quick and accurate decisions if given the proper tools to do so.
On a more general level, I believe I bring the broad "soft" skills and leadership skills you can have
confidence in with a candidate that will represent your foundation to your employees and
customers. I trust you would find me to be well-spoken, energetic, confident, and personable, the
type of person on whom your clients and employees will rely. I also have a wide breadth of
experience of the type that gives you the versatility to place me in a number of contexts with
