Summary of all the small

motivation
techniques used in our school
Facilitated group mentoring
The facilitated group mentoring
allows a small number of teachers
to participate in a learning group
and to benefit simultaneously from
the experience and expertise of
mentors teachers. In our school we
have organized Facilitated Group
Mentoring to combat teachers
mentor tiredness and burnout. Its a
welcome alternative and a better
way for those teachers who learn
better in group settings. The
facilitator asks questions to keep
the dialogue with the group of
teachers,
shares their own
personal experiences, provides

feedback and serves as a sounding

board.
We used this technique in the
transition from paper to digital
register.

Fun events on-site and

educational trips:

We organized a brunch at the

returning of the meeting from
Norway and a lunch before a
working session at school to
promote team building.

Volunteer
building

group

for

team

Last Christmas 2013 a group of

teachers collected food for family
of our students with social
problems and economical diseases,
and toys for children; it was a
beautiful team building activity, so
we joined in March 9th-14th the
week of collecting food and we
have planned to join a pickdistance adoption among teachers
as another example of team
building, to help children in school
of poor countries.
