According to a study done by one of the researchers, in the University
of Michigan, called David Kalmbach on 171 women at college age for 14 consecutive days that sleeping can increase the se desire for women. In addition, he mentioned that for each sleeping hour the womans sex desire increase by about 16%. Moreover, he added that women who slept more had better genital arousal than the woman who slept shorter. Other studies, also, agreed with his ideas that the less seeping affect the hormone levels in our bodies and the hormone that is responsible about the sex desire may be one of them. Another professor of neurology at University of Washington and the president of the American Academy of sleep medicine said that sleeping for a proper time is good for our general health, not just for sex desire and sex hormones.
